Our partnership with Silver Sneakers allows us to promote wellness in demographics that aren't easily accessible. We reach adults ages 60 years young and beyond. We have tailored special chair training to enhance;  balance, strengthening, and mobility for all individuals who participate.

Our partnership with the Parkinsons Foundation has allowed us to develop techniques that help primarily with cognitive thinking; which helps reduce the likelihood of tremors. These exercises also aid in promoting balance, strength, and mobility for all participants.

At DME we appreciate your support in our programs and initiatives. By bridging the gap between esthetics and holistic wellness; we can continue serving older adults aged 65 and above in underserved communities, specifically targeting low-income residents in high-rise buildings throughout Pittsburgh, PA. Currently, we provide weekly services to neighborhoods including Homewood, Wilkinsburg, Hill District, McKeesport, and Northside.
